Freezing temps don't stop us from skimboard session! Yeah, it's winter time in the Pacific Northwest and temperatures have been between 30 - 40 degrees as of late, but that hasn't stopped our skimboarding team from hitting the beach! DB Skimboards team riders Isaac Thomas and Blake Zimmerman snagged some skimboards and headed to a new winter skimboard spot in Tacoma, Washington with photographer Matt McDonald (EqualMotion). As the sun slowly started to drop below the horizon (which happens at 4pm this time a year in the Pacific Northwest) the skim duo threw down some bangers on a couple of features. Here's a few photos from the skimboard session and we might just be releasing a little bit of video in the coming days! Make sure to keep your eyes open for new edits by the DB Skimboards crew in the coming months.
