Team rider Devin Poulton organized a White Rock Skim Jam and mother nature was just not having it. When we got to the beach Saturday morning there literally was a table blowing down the beach.
We tried to hold the skim jam regardless of the stormy weather, but it was just too dangerous due to skimboards literally flying down the beach at people. We still managed to have a product toss and gave a free a skimboard.
Anacortes skimboarder Zak who made the trip up for the White Rock Skim Jam and walked away with a brand new custom skimboard. He also gave his old Sac Pro away to Kapen a stoked skim grom. It made the whole event worth it if you ask us.
