Thanks to everyone that came out for the DB Skimboards Bellingham Skim Jam at Locust Beach. And an extra special thanks to Bobby Bruce for helping with the setup of the event and spreading the word.
At leat 20 skimboaders showed up to the Bellingham skim jam and even though it was kind of a cold and windy day on Bellingham Bay we made the best of it and hit a few different features. After we skimmed for about three hours the tide forced us to carry the skim features back up to the van and we headed to Aslan Brewing to snag some food and drinks.
Here are all the photos captured from the event by Matt McDonald. If you end up reposting these on your social media accounts or website make sure to tag us (@dbskimboards) and link to this blog post! We will be releasing a mini-edit of the skimboarding session later this week, so make sure to check back soon. In the meantime checkout the skimboarding photos below and make sure to customize a new skimboard on our skimboard builder.
